BOLTON Chartered Surveyors have appointed Jane Caldwell of RT Estates Ltd as chairman in their 25th anniversary year.
She takes over from Peter Higgins of Excavation and Contracting UK.
The organisation was inaugurated in 1978 by Raymond Duckworth and, with more than 350 members, it is one of the leading professional organisations in Bolton. Members offer services which include the valuation of buildings and land, building condition surveys and construction cost advice.
All chartered surveyors living or working in Bolton are eligible to join. They can contact the secretary, Andrew Pollard, on 01204 364011.
