A MAN accused of breaking into a house while the residents were asleep and then stealing property and the couple's £10,000 car, has appeared before magistrates in Bury.
Michael Seward, aged 41, is alleged to have entered the home in Prestwich in May.
Seward, from Lea Vale Close, Little Hulton, pleaded not guilty to the theft of property valued at £425 and stealing the X-registered Audi A4. The case was adjourned for committal proceedings to the Crown Court.
