EDGWORTH Church of England Methodist Primary School, in Bolton Road, Edgworth, has applied for planning permission to build a roof covering an internal courtyard so a disabled toilet can be built. The plans will be considered by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council at a meeting this month.
