A 14-YEAR-OLD boy is fighting for his life in hospital this weekend after colliding with a motorbike as he crossed the A6 in Lancaster on a skateboard.
The motorcyclist also suffered serious injuries and is in a critical condition.
The road was closed for two hours. Police said the biker had tried to avoid the teenager but could not swerve in time.
