PEOPLE are being given the opportunity to get in shape and feel good about themselves by signing up for one of two challenges in aid of Mencap.
The 10-day China Bike Ride in May and June 2003 is open to men and women and the Flora Light Fun Run is a girls-only three-mile event in London's Hyde Park on September 1. Closing date for applications is August 2. Further details from 0845 9777 779 or e-mail: events@mencap.org.uk
