THE RSPCA has launched a campaign to improve the plight of ill-treated rabbits across the North-west.
Last year, nearly 600 rabbits were rehoused and inspectors investigated 330 complaints.
Tragic cases included one Dutch rabbit which starved to death after it wasn't fed for two weeks.
