THE Queen, England goalkeeper David Seaman, and Cher, are to be model guests at a special ceremony in Blackpool.
Wax sculptures of all three are to be unveiled at Louis Tussauds Waxworks to coincide with the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
The tourist attraction has awarded the England goalkeeper an MBE -- for most Magnificent Barnet in England.
