A MAN has pleaded guilty to drink driving after he was involved in a collision with an ambulance.
Paul Whitehead collided with the ambulance in Meade Hill Road, Prestwich, magistrates in Bury were told.
Whitehead, aged 38, of Higher Lane, Whitefield, was found to be over twice the limit. He gave a reading of 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without due care and failing to report an accident. The case was adjourned until July 9 for reports. He received an interim driving ban.
