DO you want to buy a Dalek? I mean a full-sized as-seen-on-Dr-Who Dalek?

Silly question, of course you do! Maybe you want a Cyberman as well and a Tardis (full-size again) would look really nice in the back garden. This Planet Earth Ltd will build a Dalek (TV or movie version) in a variety of colour schemes - for around £1,800 apiece. There is also a page of reasons you can put forward when your wife asks why you want one. Sexist? Maybe, but wanting to own your own Dalek is definitely a bloke's thing.

NOT a lot to guess at from the url here but this is a lovely site if you have young children. It's actually titled "Family Fun" and it's full of . . . er . . . fun you can have with your family. You know all those nursery rhymes you can't quite remember? There are dozens of them here. Lots of games to download or play online. Good traditional ones like snakes and ladders although for the modern infant some have been updated to include Lara Croft and Lord of the Rings.

If I have a criticism it is that this site is a little difficult to navigate.

COMPUTERING is littered with acronyms, half of which don't seem to have any relationship with the real world. If your mates have you bemused in the pub with talk of RAM (Random Access Memory) and http (hyper text transport (or transfer) protocol or you get a little lost in work meetings with your IT (Information Technology) department, this site has every computer acronym you can think of. And a lot you didn't know existed.

Geddit? Not only a lot of cartoons and jokes on this site but also the opportunity to send them to friends as an epostcard or a greetings card.
