SOME time ago, you published an article in the Bolton Evening News about improvements which were going to be made at Bolton Railway Station, the toilets in particular, in time for the Commonwealth Games.
To date, the only improvement in the Ladies is a larger piece of string on the flushing mechanism. Is that it?
