PAUL Wheatcroft has agreed terms with Third Division Scunthorpe United after being released by Bolton Wanderers.
The 21 year-old striker held successful talks with Iron manager Brian Laws and looks set to join up with former Wanderers' winger Peter Morrison at Glanford Park.
Laws said: "He's a young player with a decent future ahead of him. He is very, very quick and knows where the goal is. He also has a good first touch and links up play very well."
