THE funeral of a Bolton pensioner who died after con men tricked their way into his home was due to take place today.
Frank Bible, aged 74, collapsed at his home in Mill Street, Bromley Cross, earlier this month. A post mortem examination revealed that the pensioner died of natural causes. A service was held today at Overdale East Chapel and the family asked for donations to be made to Bolton Coronary Care Appeal. No one has been arrested in connection with the incident.
