THE case of two men charged with theft has been sent to Bolton Crown Court.
Ricky Kanda, aged 22, of St Helens Road, and Krishna Patel, aged 24, Headingley Way, Great Lever, pleaded not guilty yesterday at the town's magistrates court to stealing trainers from a sports store on March 19. They will both stand trial on June 18 and were granted bail.
