SAM Allardyce has admitted he has been priced out of a move for Paris Saint-Germain star Jay Jay Okocha.
Allardyce is keen to bring the flamboyant midfielder to the Reebok Stadium but, after holding initial talks with the player's agent, it seems that his wage demands are too high for Bolton at the moment.
Nigerian ace Okocha is set to leave PSG on a free transfer but it is thought his demands could be a much as £70,000 a week, and Allardyce is understandably not prepared to go that high.
"We've spoken to his agent briefly," he said on Wanderers' website.
"But his demands are too high for us at the moment."
