STREETWISE 2000, a Bury based group that goes out on to the streets to help disadvantaged and vulnerable youngsters, is among a number of groups across Greater Manchester to receive coveted tickets for the Commonwealth Games in recognition of the work they are doing to promote a better and healthier way of living within their communities.
The Games sponsorship partner, United Utilities, has provided the tickets. Bolton Council Health and Fitness Development Team were among the other groups to benefit.
