NINE new houses are to be built on land at Marsh Street in Horwich. Bolton Council planning chiefs gave the go-head for the existing workshops and garages to be demolished and the three-bedroom terraced homes to be built. Horwich town council had rejected the proposal by H Power and J Power because of parking difficulties.
