EIGHTIES band A-ha are set to play in Manchester for the first time in more than nine years.
The multi-million selling band will perform at the Apollo on October 11. Tickets went on sale from 9am yesterday as the Norwegian boys Paul Waaktaar-Savoy, Magne Furuholmen and Morten Harket make a comeback.
After forming A-ha in 1984, they went on to score numerous Top 10 hits around the world including "Take On Me", recently covered by boyband A1.
A-ha split in 1994 to work on solo projects, but re-formed to record "Minor Earth Major Sky" in 2000. They are currently working on material for a new album, called "Lifelines", to be released later this year.
Tickets are priced at £22.50 from the Box Office on 0161 242 2560.
