WIGAN coach Stuart Raper will not be resting any of his players against Warrington Wolves tonight as he prepares for the Challenge Cup final at Murrayfield on Saturday week.

Cup opponents St Helens look set to field an under-strength side against Bradford this weekend, but Raper is keen for two points to maintain the winning momentum.

"I am playing everybody that is fit, but I am not going to play anyone that is not 100 per cent," he said.

"We are going to give Warrington and the Super League respect. The game is part of our preparation. I want to go into the final against Saints on the back of a good win and have the confident high in the place.

"Warrington will look on the game as a chance to catch us out the week before the final, and will be coming here confident with a new coach, but I am more concerned about the way we play rather than them."

The Warriors coach added that tonight's game was an opportunity for some of his young stars to push for a subs' spot at Murrayfield.

"I have a strong squad and lots of local juniors who will be keen to show what they can do.

"If guys are unavailable, some of them will come in. There are a lot of guys vying for one or two subs' spots which are still open for the final."

The Aussie was much more relaxed this week in the knowledge his side had reached a second major final with him at the helm.

"Last week people thought I was under pressure because I could get sacked. That was the least of my worries," he confessed.

"I was coming up against a side I knew so well with a lot of players I had brought into the club and knew the passions and desire they had.

"There was a chance we might have lost the game. Now we have no fears."
