THE entire borough of Bury looks set to be bloomin' spectacular this summer, if a new and colourful scheme gets off the ground.
Businesses and retailers are being urged to get involved with the innovative sponsored hanging basket scheme, which could completely transform local streets.
The hope is to put up more than 750 hanging baskets.
