A MAN who appeared before Bolton magistrates charged with failing to produce a driving licence has had his case adjourned. Cuneyt Halac, aged 30, of Rogerstead House, Deane, pleaded not guilty to the alleged offence on February 15. His trial date has now been set for May 13.
