KEVIN Nolan, who has withdrawn from the England U20s squad for tonight's friendly in Portugal, may have to wait until next week to learn whether he will be credited with the first goal for Wanderers against Aston Villa.
A Premier League panel, assigned to decide whether the eighth minute opener should be Nolan's or remain as an own goal against Villa's Mark Delaney, was due to meet this week but the hearing has been put back and is expected to sit next week.
Scores of punters, who had their money on the young midfielder to score the first goal, have been told they must wait for the panel's adjudication before any bets are settled.
