A MAN who stole money from his grandmother's bank account to buy drugs was jailed for eight months.
John Grocock, of Crompton Place, Radcliffe, admitted seven offences when he appeared before Bury magistrates.
The court was told that Grocock stole his gran's bank card from her purse and over the next three days withdrew sums of between £50 and £100 from different locations.
When questioned by police he admitted that he had wanted money to feed his drug habit.
