A MAN who drove with nearly three times the legal level of alcohol could be facing jail. Peter Anthony Dodds, aged 40, of Market Street, Farnworth, admitted drink driving on the M62 at Heywood.
A test showed he had 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, compared with the legal limit of 35 in 100. Rochdale court ordered reports with all options including imprisonment. Dodds was bailed until April 18.
