TWO Bolton men are rising to one of the UK's biggest sporting challenges by taking part in the world's greatest running event -- the Flora London Marathon on Sunday.
Barrie Makinson, aged 40, and Ian Thompson, aged 42, will be running the gruelling 26.2 mile course and, between them, aim to raise £2,000 for Cancer Research UK.
