A LEADING organist will be in concert at a church in Farnworth later this month.
Nigel Ogden is the presenter of Radio 2's longest running specialist music programme, The Organist Entertains, which he has presented for 22 years.
His concert programmes of light and classical music have made him one of the country's most popular performers and on Friday, April 19, he will be playing at Trinity Church.
Mr Ogden has made several TV appearances including on BBC1's Songs of Praise and has published several pieces for the organ.
The concert starts at 7.30pm and tickets, costing £5 each, are available by ringing 571843 in the daytime or 521910 evenings.
