A DIRECTOR of two companies that collapsed with estimated debts of £184,000 has been banned from being a company director for six years.
Ian Michael Buckley has agreed to not hold directorships or take any part in company management.
Mr Buckley of Manchester Road, Bolton, gave the undertaking in respect of his conduct as a director of IMB Security Ltd and Ian Michael Buckley Ltd, which both traded from premises at Ormrod Street, Bury.
IMB Security Ltd went into liquidation on May 23, 2000, with assets of £4,838 and liabilities of £125,076.
Ian Michael Buckley Ltd went into liquidation on February 27, 2001, with assets of £18,035 and liabilities of £58,771.
