ON behalf of her family, I express our gratitude for the exemplary treatment and care my late mother-in-law recently received on Ward Three at Hulton Lane Hospital.
Our concerns about the reputation the hospital has had in the past proved unfounded. The ward was spotlessly clean, the staffing level was high and they were magnificent with all the patients.
We sincerely thank Senior Nurse Ann Lloyd, Elderly Medicine, and all her colleagues for the friendly and attentive service which was extended to us throughout the five days we spent on the ward.
