THERE were nine starters including two on the specials board.
My partner opted for one of the specials -- the garlic prawns. From her face after the first mouthful I could tell they were impressive. I chose the mushrooms stuffed with pate and cooked in garlic butter. The main course menu had a comprehensive range of dishes. The Yew Tree has had a good reputation for steaks for many years.
