Takeaway curry: just a small spoonfull with a large salad, no dressing (not too bad)

Weight: 8st 9lbs (vg but have not hit target so vb)

TWO pounds.

Two measly pounds. That is all I am from my target weight loss.

I started my fitness regime six weeks ago, tipping the scales at nine stones and seven pounds.

Today I weigh eight stones and nine pounds. Almost eight and a half, but not quite.

I tried. I really, really tried. And my gym routine was as strict as my healthy eating habits.

If only I had another couple of weeks I'm sure I could do it.

But I will carry on and shift those two pounds.
