OASIS are set to release their first single in nearly two years.
The band, which played two sell out Summer concerts in Bolton in 2000, will release The Hindu Times on April 15.
Brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher as well as band members Alan White, Gem Archer and Andy Bell are currently putting the finishing touches to their fifth studio album, as yet untitled, for a release in July.
Plans are also being finalised for a world tour to support the album. Details will be announced soon and organisers refused to say if they would appear at the Reebok Stadium.
