MANCHESTER Central and Liverpool Riverside are among Britain's 10 poorest constituencies, a study showed today.
Four of the remainder are areas of Glasgow, while Camberwell and Peckham, Hackney South/Shoreditch and Bethnal Green and Bow in London are also named as being among the 10 most deprived spots in the UK.
The table was put together according to a United Nations rating system taking account of life expectancy, unemployment, incomes and rates of illiteracy.
