Leading the way WIGAN Youth Service is seeking 12 people willing to jump feet first into a new venture.
The outdoor education team needs new faces to train for a basic expedition leaders' award aimed at learning how to lead camping trips, walking parties or small adventure missions.
The course which is nationally recognised covers navigation, camp craft, leadership skills, weather, conservation and safety.
The course will run over 12 Thursday evenings with three residential stays.
