Scottish Eastern District Championships
Aubigny SC, Haddington, nr Edinburgh
WITHINS School combined with Aspull Olympic Wrestling Club to take the overall team prize in the Scottish Eastern District Championship.
Individually the team took six gold, five silver, three bronze and four fourth places at the event at Haddington, near Edinburgh.
Withins made up two thirds of the 18-strong team and Robert Neild and Liam Walsh took gold, Khuaam Saeed, Tom Darby and David Sweeney brought home silver, Andrew Pendlebury bronze with John McCann, Glyn Lever, Nathan Tolly, Luke Hatton, Neil Lee and Peter Venables all finishing fourth.
