REGARDING parking and parking fines.
Someone certainly seems to be making a good profit out of the motorists in Bolton. The total including fines is in the region of £2.3 million pounds. Twenty nine wardens at let's say £16,000 a year = £464,000, plus £350,000 to the council -- total £814,000, leaving £1,486,000. If this is running costs after wardens' wages, who is getting it? Perhaps Councillor Kilcoyne could enlighten us, or is it just another money-making racket at the expense of the motorists?
