HUNDREDS of nurses were descending on Manchester United's Old Trafford ground today as part of a travelling conference to promote best practice.
Up to 850 nurses and health visitors are expected to attend lectures by nursing experts and private companies.
The inaugural Primary Care Nursing Roadshow will then go on to visit other major cities across the United Kingdom.
