TWO young Bolton women accused of a serious wounding offence have appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
Stephanie Taylor and Laurissa Hill were due to face trial on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to Michelle Doherty in the St Helens area.
They denied the offence and, after pleading guilty to an alternative charge of assault causing actual bodily harm, the more serious charge was dropped. Taylor and Hill, both aged 21 and of Lodge View, Windley Street, Bolton, were remanded on bail for sentence on March 15.
