A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been remanded in custody after being charged with attempting to take a child against his will.
John Foley, of Blackshaw House, Deane, is accused of trying to take the 10-year-old boy in Willows Lane, Deane, on Sunday night.
He appeared before Bolton magistrates yesterday. Foley will appear at Bolton Crown Court on February 21.
