A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been remanded in custody by Bolton magistrates after being charged with attempting to take a child against his will.
John Foley, of Blackshaw House, Deane, is accused of trying to take the 10-year-old boy on February 10.
The boy was allegedly grabbed in Willows Lane, Deane, on Sunday night but managed to escape.
Foley will appear at Bolton Crown Court on February 21.
