LEIGH RMI boss Steve Waywell has placed Ged Kielty and Iain Swan on the transfer list.
"They're players who will go for a fee, in fact they are good players but I feel I need a different type," said Waywell in the knowledge that the wage bill has to be reduced at the Nationwide Conference club.
Another player has been released from Hilton Park as part of the necessary cost-cutting. He is Lee Fitzpatrick, who signed for the club in September, made five starts for RMI and appeared as sub three times.
Chris Scott, who was released last week, has signed for Unibond First Division club, Rossendale United. The Marsden Trophy match between the clubs on January 8 could see a quick return to Hilton Park for Scott and Ricky Harris, who is currently on loan to Rossendale.
