WHAT on earth is going on at the Blackhorse/Kearsley area Longcauseway/Bolton Road junction?
It's a joke -- two bits of road modification for filter lights and we are into a year with companies scratching about with spades. They take up all the flags and forms and now, the job has stopped again for a year, it is like a quagmire. Is this going to take as long as Brackley Street and also the flagging outside the Blackhorse pub -- The Forth Road Bridge must have been built faster?
It's about time our council got their act together but, like anything else, it's South Bolton, so it can be left forever.
