IS it not time that Bolton council banned smoking in eating areas especially the market hall? There is nothing worse than some thoughtless person lighting up near to you and polluting the atmosphere as you are about to eat. In fact it makes me physically sick. I have written to the council on this matter. Maybe everyone at the council are smokers?
