COUNCIL chiefs are to work with residents across Edgworth, Belmont and North Turton to improve the quality of their service.
Blackburn with Darwen Council has developed the Diversity Policy to promote equality and fairness in the way the council deals with residents.
More than 400 people suggested ways in which the council could improve fairness in the services it provides.
North Turton Councillor Colin Rigby said: "People have shown how important they believe it is to live in harmony."
