A RADCLIFFE man had charges of witness intimidation and assaulting his ex-partner causing actual bodily harm withdrawn at Rochdale Magistrates Court.
Wayne Anthony Englebert, aged 23, of Cross Lane, admitted two charges of common assault.
He also admitted failing to surrender to court and breaking bail conditions.
Magistates ordered pre-sentence reports and Englebert was remanded in custody until a date for sentencing can be fixed.
