A MAN appeared before magistrates at the weekend in connection with a series of arson attacks.
Ryan James Webber, aged 20, faced two charges of arson with intent to endanger life in Cliff Avenue, Summerseat, and Lumn Street, Bury.
He is also charged with a separate count of arson in Trent Drive, Bury.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between May 25 and July 11.
Webber, of Palatine Drive, Bury, was remanded in custody by Bury magistrates until Friday, when a preliminary hearing will be held at Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court.
