SHEILA Fox's sister Rene spoke of her continued torment as the family waits to hear if any human remains are found in the back garden in Barton Road.
Rene, 69, is being kept in constant touch with developments at the site by detectives who have visited her Bolton home.
She said: "I'm accepting what is going on. The police are keeping in touch with me.
"They have been very good in letting me know what is happening.
"When this is all over I will definitely send the police team a letter to thank them for all they have done."
