A NEW video explaining in sign language about housing services in the town has been produced for deaf and hard of hearing tenants.
More than 60 people with learning difficulties, and interpreters from the Royal National Institute for the Deaf attended a seminar at the Friends Meeting House, Silverwell Street, as part of the council's housing week which aimed to reach out to customers from minority groups.
