BOLTON golfer Steve Parry, still fighting off the debilitating effects of glandular fever, has reached the final qualifying round of the Open Championships.
Parry fired a 69, one behind fellow Boltonian Derrick Cooper of Birchwood, to finish fourth in the regional qualifier at Wilmslow. The final qualifying round will be held on Sunday and Monday.
