PLANS to convert Bolton Little Town Hall into offices were expected to be approved by councillors this afternoon.
The listed building in All Saints Street, part of the St George's Conservation Area, was a local history museum but since becoming disused has lapsed into disrepair. Planners believe the scheme will save the building.
