THE Citizens' Advice Bureau (CAB) is offering a new rural emergency service for countryside dwellers affected by the Foot and Mouth crisis.
The service offers free money and debt advice for famers, rural businesses and employees. For more information call 0800 138 1647 between 1pm and 8pm Monday to Friday or visit your local CAB office.
