DETECTIVES were today continuing to question a woman about the brutal murder of a Bolton businessman.
The body of Daniel O'Brien, aged 41, was discovered in his exclusive detached home in West Yorkshire. He was naked and had suffered terrible injuries, inflicted by an axe.
Mr O'Brien had moved to Midgley, near Wakefield, after a spell of about four years in Rawtenstall. He moved to Rawtenstall from Harwood, where his mother still lives.
A 35-year-old woman, who lives local to the Wakefield area, was arrested on Tuesday by detectives investigating Mr O'Brien's death.
Late last night a West Yorkshire police spokesman said: "Questioning will continue tonight and into tomorrow."
